Pro Max Fence Systems, Inc. was founded in 2006 by a team of young industry professionals with the vision of building a company on professionalism and maximum value, hence the name “Pro Max”. Having never wavered from that vision, Pro Max Fence grew beyond Berks County and Eastern, PA into NJ, Northern DE, and Maryland.
In 2018, now Pro Max Fence Systems, LLC, expanded its leadership team to venture into more opportunities and recently opened an office in State College to further expand into the Central PA market serving residential, commercial, industrial, and municipal projects. The team includes native Central Pennsylvanians.

PennStress is a Prestressed/Precast Concrete Institute (PCI) Certified Manufacture of (A1 – Architectural Precast Concrete Products, B4 – Prestressed Deflected Strand Bridge Beams, and C4 – Prestressed Deflected Strand Structural Members). All of these categories are the highest levels of precast/prestressed certifications from PCI.
